i was SO hungry this morning, usually an apple will do it, but today i had a cup of green tea, two medium/small apples with a decent amount of reduced fat peanut butter (maybe a serving and half or 2) and probably 4 or 5 handfulls of raisins. it seems like i ate a 1/4 of the entire container of raisins! i didnt even realize i was eating them, and then i felt awful because i remembered how high in calories/sugar raisins are. (i have been having a problem lately with purging a LOT and am quite proud to say that i did NOT purge them!! i kept repeating to myself: "No, you have to be NORMAL. so you ate more RAISINS than you should have..it could have been worse than RAISINS.")

anyway, that was at about 9 or so, here it is after 3pm and i'm still full and with quite a little stomach ache. 

im just posting my discontent with raisins. i wish they weren't good.

mmmm... raisins.  they're my sweet-treat weakness.  they look so innocent, don't they?  who'd think that so many calories could lurk in such an innocuous tiny package?  i ration out 10 for my oatmeal in the morning & that's it.  evil i tell ya.  evil!

maybe the reason you were so hungry is because all you eat for breakfast usually is an apple?

Well, that usually does it. I'm not complaining about being hungry, that's fine. I've been eating more lately in general, so I am finding myself hungrier more too. I was just not that happy about my choice of food! And that raisins are good..  that's my beef.
