Rally's/Checkers wont give out nutritional information for food!!

Have you every ate at Rallys or Checkers? Good luck finding their nutritional information. They don't have any. Not even on the website. I thought the FDA mandated that a few years ago. Can they do that??

most places that don't have their caloric contents listed will provide the numbers ONLY IF YOU ASK them to.

there are a few places I have had to contact either through e-mail or by phone to get the calories on some items.  example: Fuddruckers doesn't list (I called them and they sent the info via e-mail) and Dion's pizza (I e-mailed them and they were quick on getting back to me)

Try sending them an e-mail about the items you're intetested in.

The best place I've found for nutritional information is www.thedailyplate.com. They do have checkers/rallys. Good luck.   Stacy
