ARRGHHHHH. I don't like the fact that I bumped up, it makes me want to cut cals more, and I know that's not a good idea! Any ideas on what happened/what to do??
hehe, you are over reacting a little, its only a little over a pound, give it a few days and reweigh yourself and see if youre back down again
how often are you weighing yourself? maybe you'd not feel so irratic about it if you didnt weigh yourself so often?
keep sticking to your limits and being healthy..we all have our ups and downs..you sounds like youre doing really well xx
but still..
It must be water weight.
I sometimes go up/down for 3-4 pounds and my measures are still the same (which is good in my case). And one pound really isn't that much. I lose that much sweat easily in one night if I'm having a nightmare
Just don't forget health > winning on a championship!
I think you chose a wonderful sport and wish you all the best of luck, but you better be fit and healthy than skinny and get knocked out in a lighter category.
And tinkole - you're right about health>championship (even if it's the pan-ams). I don't want to be one of those stick skinny girls who can't do push ups or anything else - I want to be healthy and muscular. And I'm trying really hard to listen to my body. If I'm hungry, I eat. And well. If I find that my body is really resisting the weight loss, I'll stop, because I am healthy the way I am. I'm going to give the lighter weight category a try, but if it doesn't work, so be it!

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
