Raspberry Yogurt and Tuna Fish

Quote  |  Reply
I can't believe it has come to this.  I just mixed Raspberry Yogurt with Tuna fish to get all my calories in and my protein % where it should be.

What is the weirdest concoction you have come up with while trying to eat "good"??

i'm sorry shandajhae.. but that couldn't have tasted good.. why oh why didn't you just eat them seperate??  or was it good?
It was terrible...I just thought the tuna would be too dry...and I read today that someone used yogurt instead of mayonaise with their tuna...raspberry was all I had.  Don't try this at home ;-)
oh.. thank god.. i was afraid you were going to say it was good.. hahaha.. yeah.. i use yogurt instead of mayo in tuna (mixed with a bit of low fat cream cheese).. but it's always plain.. i'm still shuddering at how that must have tasted.. hah
I ate tuna out of the can today, and two people said to me, "You are going to eat that raw?" Doesnt everybody eat tuna raw? I like with just some salt and pepper...
uh mm ...Maybe with a little bit of help we could turn that into a mouthwatering receipie that they would want in a 5 star restaurant!!

often opposite flavors and consistancies taste real good.

try this.... slice a croisant in 1/2( or use a lower calorie bread)

mix lowfat cream cheese with bleu cheese crumbles(or a pungent cheese if you don't like bleu cheese)

spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of the croisant

add couple strips of bacan (mornistar if you are a vegetarian)

slices of fresh pear

thin slices of red onion

piece of romaine lettuce

eat

enjoy

Love karen
umm... that recipe doesn't sound like tuna - and it doesn't sound low fat OR low cal! bacon? blue cheese? croissants???
hahaha. raw tuna rocks!!! i love it! i don't even use salt or pepper!
It is just an example how different flavors and  consistancies can taste good

You can also use nonfat bleu cheese, rye bread, lean bacon.  use your imagination.....
