How Do You Rate Yourself?
Honestly how do you rate your self on a scale of 1-100.. How do you feel about what you are doing (health-wise) and how you look, not compaired to other people.. compaird to yourseld
Right now I would rate myself about a 75 or so... just because i feel good and Im enjoying what Im doing and I feel like Im making progress.

Yes its possible... because its a rate how you feel with your body... if i rated myself compaired to other people Id be in the low 40s maybe
in comparison its usually 30-40 but im maintaining a ideal weight, with some 'bad' habbits, but i'm fine, sexy and my BF likes me soo like 85-90
85. I'd be a 90 if I managed my time better and was able to make it to the gym in the last month.
70. I'm thinking small right now, but I do love myself 100%.
I rate myself 78.5, at the moment
Might just me being fickle, unpredictable and mood swingy- but my rating probably varies wildly from day to day and during the day!
Right now, about 5...ask me again in 30 secs, could be a 1, could be a 7 lol
probably an 85-90 in the body department because I know what amazing things it can do for me..plus as I was getting ready for the gym last night I caught a glimpse of myself in just shorts and a sports bra and for the first time, well ever, I saw my stomach as beautiful and womanly, soft, curvy, beautiful rather than hating my stomach and my "pooch"...I am feeling pretty damn hot today....Oh and the fact that a rockstar from Australia hit on me helps too...
On the romanitic front..hmmm...a zero...seems like the only guys who are interested in me are my ex's and well...I have already explained to them that it isn't going to happen...that and guys that live way way way to far away.
On the personality and "who I am" front...I would say a 100....I have completly changed from a year ago...I am happy with who I am, I have confidence, and I have become a person I can be proud of...I am doing things I never thought possible, meeting people I never thought possible...life is good.
This is such a wide range to rate yourself on? Couldn't we have done 1 to 10? Much easier! If it were 1 to 10 I think I'd be a 6 or7, I'm working on it! This is only Day #3 of my new and improved diet. If I had to rate 1 - 100, I guess I would say 70. I'm not the kind of person that will be 100, I'm never satisified, I always find something wrong with the way I look.

Um, I've been at this 1.5 years, cc rocks my world, and I would say on a good day, I feel like a 95. I work out every day. I drink lots of water and eat smartly. I feel good in my own skin. I like people to look at me these days, and I know it is for a good reason. ( :
I'm going to do mine out of 1-10.
I woud give myself either a 4 or 5.
Like 55, I'm just passing at life. Not being all depressive here, I just know that I could be a lot more productive.

If I were to compare myself to myself from a couple years ago I would probably have to say like 95-100. Lets see...I don't smoke anymore, drink anymore, do hard drugs anymore and I eat healthy. I work out, spend time with my family, and am an all around better person. Now if it were a scale of how I would like to improve then maybe 75 or so only because I have 10 more pounds to lose and in my oppinion everyone could stand to improve somewhere.
6 or 7. (so 60 or 70) I really have never rated myself higher then an 8 or (80).
right now Im feeling about an 80 or 85
