How Do You Rate Yourself?
Honestly how do you rate your self on a scale of 1-100.. How do you feel about what you are doing (health-wise) and how you look, not compaired to other people.. compaird to yourseld
Right now I would rate myself about a 75 or so... just because i feel good and Im enjoying what Im doing and I feel like Im making progress.

About a 50...or a 5 I guess. I haven't been eating well the last couple days, and I still want to lose 12lb.
well on the way i am doing loosing wieght id say i was a 70% becaus eim not always healthy baout it i have days were ill eat & eat & eat then dyas where alll i do is throw up what i eat & then days where i just dont eat at all..
then on how i look id say a 75% because i get compliments im not really over over weight & ive slimmed own alot..

About a 3.5 normally, and 6 when gussied up.
When I look in the mirror I think I'm about 6.5-7.
Funny though. In looking at the responses, I think there are people who are giving themselves pretty low scores. I'm heavy, but I think I look pretty and fresh. Some of you folks need to scrutinize less and see what I see when I look at your beautiful pics!

i would say 75%... because i would love to be 20 lbs thinner but realistically cannot get there without restricting myself and becoming miserable. i am happy with my overall appearance though.
darn it! ... I've tried not to post on this one for fear of sounding conceited but can't hold it! I now think of myself as an 8.5... 4 - 6 months ago I would have said a 5 or 6... what can I say, I like myself even better now! =) please don't burst my bubble.. LOL

80. After having been so skinny and then gained about 8 pounds of weight...I think it's reasonable thinking to think that I could look better. But I love the way I eat (very healthily and very few processed foods) But! I still love myself ;) And that's what matters =]

back in college i used to eat very poorly, and was about 30 lbs heavier. NEVER exercised. i had no confidence.
now i'm confident and comfortable in my own skin. i eat a balanced diet, allow myself treats and have been hitting the gym regularly. i'm at a healthy weight, i can run a 5k and i'm finally feeling good about using weights in the gym! i wouldn't mind getting stronger and in better shape, but i'm also pretty happy where i am.
