Raw Cinnamon Chocolate Truffles Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup raw almonds, unsoaked
1/2 cup dates, pitted (medjool)
4 tablespoons cocoa powder or raw cacao powder
2 tablespoons organic Goji berries
4 tablespoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup water
Directions
  1. Put everything (except the cinnamon and water) into a food processor.

  2. Blend, then slowly add water to make the mixture more dough like.

  3. Roll into balls, roll the balls in cinnamon.

  4. Try to eat only one...Good luck!
