Raw Cinnamon Chocolate Truffles Recipe

| 1 | cup raw almonds, unsoaked |
| 1/2 | cup dates, pitted (medjool) |
| 4 | tablespoons cocoa powder or raw cacao powder |
| 2 | tablespoons organic Goji berries |
| 4 | tablespoons cinnamon |
| 1/4 | teaspoon vanilla extract |
| 1/4 | cup water |
- Put everything (except the cinnamon and water) into a food processor.
- Blend, then slowly add water to make the mixture more dough like.
- Roll into balls, roll the balls in cinnamon.
- Try to eat only one...Good luck!
