I wanted to shed 10lb by Xmas, but I don't see that happening. I try soo hard at times, but then I fall :(
I realy need to get real. I hate changing my time around. I don't know.. I'v not started to counting calories yet. hummm.... I'm in a rut.
But some of my inches have gone down. Not alot, but it made me happy :)

I just did the math, and I have been losing an average of 1.28 lbs per week. I think I will reach my mini goal of 129 by Christmas/New Years!!! 10 pounds to my mini-goal!
I should! I am excited since a new workout plan has boosted my body's metabolism. I should lose the last 7 lbs by then.

Yep, I SHOULD. I am ahead of my weight loss schedule (3lbs per month) and am 196 currently and need to get to 191 by christmas. But, all I need is one of those dreaded month long platues and I will be in trouble.
I try not to worry too much about it, just stick with it and it will happen..........just real slowly.........real slowly........slowly........boy is this slow

I have lost 9 pounds since I posted what I wanted to lose and have 6.773195876288659793814432989691 to go before X-mas, so maybe.
If I stick to it (which i have been for 6 months) I should.

I had a goal of 50 off by a couple of months into the new year; I'm down 44 pounds so far. It'd be a bonus if the last six were gone by Christmas. Then maybe I will set a mini-goal for more off between then and my 50th birthday.

I wanted to lose twelve pounds by Christmas, and I started on October 2nd. I'm behind in my progress, but I've been trying to diet more strictly and attend the gym more often so I can catch back up.
My goal was to lose 20 lbs by Xmas and I've lost fifteen so far so just five more to go!
But I'm scared that I'm gonna plateau soon and the last five won't come off in the two months left! *crosses fingers*

I don't have a Christmas weight. I'm just hoping to have my first winter EVER where I don't gain weight (Aside from the time I was horribly sick and vomited/starved my way to a 20 lb loss...and yes, that's flu vomiting).
But a "goal"? Hmm...I'm hoping to be 170 by then, but I doubt it. I'm hoping I can just still be at 183 on november 1st!

Tips: Don't give up! Nothing about weight loss is instant if you really want your results to last in the long-term.
About my Christmas goal: I should make my Christmas weight!Right now I'm at 160. About a month and half ago I started working out 4-6 times a week for the first time in a year. I also started doing weight training and drinking whey protein shakes so I gained about 8 lbs and was so frustrated. This week I finally started losing! My muscles are finally helping my metabolism! I'm losing about 1.75 pounds a week...Christmas is in about 10 weeks...that should bring me close to 140!
Even if I don't get there, I've already lost inches and that's what counts more than the scale.

weighed myself on all summer. I was 123 when I left, and if I can
make it through this term with only 2 pounds of gain I will be
impressed...and happy :-)

I was hoping to lose 15 by christmas. I am down 7 which took me about a month so hopefully I will make it! Even if I don't lose the whole 15 I will be happy if I don't gain. Last year while I was still in college I gained 10lbs over the Christmas break and even more during the spring semester. Now that I have graduated I want to lose the Freshman 15 (more like freshman 30 in my case!) that I have been carrying around for years!
I wanted to be @ 145, my current weight is 151.. It's do-able but I dont know if I'll do it
I think I might. My goal in CC is another 9lbs to go, by Dec 21 because I leave on a 5 week trip then. So I won't have any access to scales until the end of Jan! I'm not as bothered if I don't lose the lot, though, because I know that I will lose some on my trip - I'm going to be walking everywhere, and also having to buy my own food for the most part, and I HATE to spend money on food ;)
