what to do when you reach your goal
So, I've reached my goal of 127 lbs (at 5' 7", a BMI of 20). Great and everything, right? But what do I do now? The obvious answer is to start trying to maintain my weight. However, I think it might be a good idea to gain another two or three pounds just to give myself a sort of "cushion," just in case.
So I was wondering, what did you do upon reaching your goal?
First good job on gaining health. Hopefully when you reach your bodies set point you will be able to maintain on a healthy plan. If it is now or in a few pounds you will know I would think when all is functioning like having a period,energy,etc and that you are eating adequate calories. I think there are people from here that have gained and now post more on the maintain.
i'm sure you'll get a lot of helpful advice here, but also there is a "maintaining" forum that might be good to check out...good luck <3
