Hey! I want to be 125 for christmas to look AWESOME in a nice dress! I like these support groups I've been seeing around here but all of them are CLOSED!?! So you can join here and share your success here! I started at 140 before joining this site and Im at 135 now. I also would like to give props to inches... so you can record inches as well.. but only if you feel comfortable.

I have no idea how to guess what my measurements should be based on how much I want to lose so I copied yours, amk042900 because our originals are the same. Except my hips are bigger than yours. Hence the extra 4 pounds or so.
oops... I don't know where I copied those measurement goals from. Oh well. We'll see what happens.

How many lbs. have you all lost??
I've lost 5 lbs. I weighed myself sometime in august at 140 and I went to my doctor to get weighed in september and was 135 lbs... so somewhere in there i lost 5 lbs. And I haven't weighed myself in two weeks, I want to give it time to result so I don't get discouraged.
sweet. 135 is my first big goal. I have been losing really slowly so it's kind of discouraging.

It's tough to lose when your body is healthy at the weight you're at. At least for me it is.
yeah for sure... I don't feel like I've lost anything in the last 2 weeks. But I really hope that I do! Im nervous for Thursday...I hope I see some sort of different either on the scale or in inches. Yeah, all the stats on here say Im healthy... but Im really not. Im sure my fat % is really bad. People don't always understand our stats. But I look pregnant and Im not! Its very depressing on a self esteem to know you look pregnant. So I'll do my best and reach my goal for christmas!
yeah, some people just gain lbs. in their tummies.
I have the opposite problem. I'm pear-shaped and gain in my bottom half. I have a flat stomach, but my thighs and butt expand big time.
not fun.

Wow thats a lot of measurements! I dont even know If I measure right. But it will have to do! Yeah all my fat goes directly to my mid-section. So annoying. Though I've been told from other people that I have a "gehtto booty" lol!
I'm 24. 136 lbs (as of this morning, but oddly I fluctuate quite easily between 135 and 140...is that normal?). 5'6. I'll have to post my measurements later.
Okay! So today is thursday, measure and weigh time! Unfortunately I didn't have much success. My mom thinks because my period will be here in a few days and that you always put on weight in your period. I hope you had better results then me!

Weight I was 62kg, I think my doctor missconverted because I think 62kg is 136.4? And today I am 61kg which is 134.2. So I think I lost 2 pounds.
Weight 62kg (136.4).........61kg(134.2)
I hope to see more results after my period is done! lol
Thursday weigh in: I'm Not sure if this is really accurate because I don't show any loss on the scale...I tend to fluctuate from day to day and I don't know why. (I'm weighing in on the same scale first thing in the morning.)
This week:
Bust: 36 = no change
Abs: 34 = no change
Hips: 42 = -2" !!! (I'm cautiously optimistic because it seems too good to be true.)
My scale says I weigh 148 (1 pound more than last Thursday) but that is not humanly possible the way I've eaten and worked out for the past week so I'll post again tomorrow and hope for a better number.
if you have a doctors office near by go twice a week or once a month to get weighed. They have professional scales. I got weighed 2 weeks ago and was 62kg so I think I'll go in again next week thursday. You don't need an app. the receptionist or nurse can do it, it only takes 5 minutes.

Above knee: 17" / the same on right leg, 16.5" on left
Arm: 12.5" / 12"
Weight: 160 / 161
So, the bust and weight increase.. definitely my period! haha I was pleasantly surprised with the loss of inches overall ~ it's fantastic!! I just wish the weight were going down as well but I think it's water retention.. here's to hoping!!
I can't find a measuring tape anywhere in my apartment, lol. I'll try to buy one this weekend and report my inches.
I'm at 136.6 today. I'm convinced I have a bad scale though. I'll weigh myself 3 times in a row and get quite different numbers each time...So, I just take the average of the 3. Probably should invest in a better scale as well.

Weight : still 61 kg (no loss), total loss: 1 kg= 2 pounds
Bust: 34.5" (-0.5"), total loss: 1/2 inch
Abs: 32"!!!!! (-1.5), total loss: 2 inches!!!
Hips: 38" (-0.5), total loss: 1 inch
So that's pretty sweet... mostly excited about my tummy loss!!!! I finished my period, so i think that helped a bit!
