That is so great! Now you have to tell us all how you did it...eating your BMR?

My weight loss method was fairly simple: I ate approx 1500 calories per day, and did enough exercise to burn 2500 calories. With a 1000 calorie deficit I lost about 2 pounds a week. When I got closer to my goal I increased the food a little, and also cut back somewhat on he exercise in order to slow the rate of weight loss.

I don't think I've really done everything perfect - most of my exercise has been walking, elliptical machine, and cycling. I do think I should have done a LOT more weight lifting, and I plan to get started on this "any day now". A lot of people tell me my arms and legs are too skinny now, but I'm not too worried about this because that's how I looked as a teenager. I still have some belly fat left, so I guess I need to build some muscle and burn the remaining fat.

One question where'd you get that cool pic where it shows your current weight and how you look if you lost it all.  It looks computerized so idk if youi maybe got it off a website.  I thought that was neat.1

Go to this site: http://www.myvirtualmodel.com/

I see a lot of people on here have generated pictures on that site.  It's fun!

Wow!! What a big change you've made! You must feel so good! You are inspiring!!

congratulations! What a huge success!

I'm looking forward to achieving similar goals and feel I should do the same as you suggested. Spend a lot of time building muscle while losing weight.

that IS awesome!  congrats!  :D  it should be easy to keep if off now...  after a whole year (almost) of "being good".  good luck!

i hope it's not gonna be hard to maintain.  i lost 63 & still have a way to go.  i guess i'm doing good, but i just wish it would be quicker!

Congratulations - you are an inspiration to us all.
YEA - CONGRATULATIONS!!!!  NO matter what else is going on, the improvements to your health and well-being are tremendous!  You ARE an inspiration!!!!!  Laughing
