get into kite surfing!

 

I've flown stunt kites before in my life and always thought it would be so fun to do kite surfing (google it if you don't know what it is).  But I'd have to be in totally good shape which I'm far from these days!  Long long term goal!

 

What would you do if you reached your ideal?

When I reach my goal, I'm going to call my friend (who is a pro photographer) and have my pictures taken professionally so I'll always have something to motivate me, and remind myself of what I have accomplished and what I'm capable of :)

When I reach my goal, I'm gonna start wearing shorts much more often

 

When I reach my goal weight, I will stop using clothes to hide my body and actually buy clothes because I like them and they look good on me! Also, I want to finally be one of those girls who can say they love the beach because they aren't afraid to be seen in a bikini! I'm 20 and I'm scared i will miss out on so much. And I want to be able to view food in a healthy way, be able to experiment with cooking. Right now food is just another stress in my life. By the way, this was a great idea! I love hearing about the little things that people look forward to!

When I reach my goal weight...I am going to be very proud of myself.  I am 25 yrs old 5'3" CW: 135 and would LOVE to weight 115.  I haven't been under 125 pounds since 7th grade, which was 13 years ago!

I have been "chubby" my entire life and I am soooo tired of it!  I hate when clothes don't fit, or just buying "ugly" clothes because they do fit.  It seems so hard for me to loose anything under 125 because I plateu, but I feel like this time I am determined. 

I can't wait for that day.....I hope it comes fast!

This question is a really good one, it makes you think what you would ACTUALLY do.

i would-

  • Buy skimpy clothes and nice skinny jeans
  • I'd feel more confident and sexier
  • I'd get my hair transformed in a long jet black, thick weave
  • I'd feel motivation to exercise routinely unlike now because im nowhere near where i want to be at 5 ft7  and 169lbs and i sometimes think why bother. because i know i'm there and i want to maintain it
  • I wouldnt be as shy from cameras
  • Wear bikinis and look better in underwear

I dont want to be stick thin though just a bit more toned.. because ive had shapley thighs and bust all my life i've become so used to curves so if i lost major weight and all my best assets i wouldnt feel as feminime so  i would definitaly consider a boob job... My icons.. Beyonce, Rhianna, Kim Kardashian and Mel B

I will be a sexy old momma!! I will be 49 years old, and since I am 5' 0" my goal is to be 111 lb by my next wedding anniversary, and my husband will have to keep up with me dancing all night long!! We will be married for 23 years, on July 2010 and I have 60 lbs to go, so let me get moving...

I'm right there with you two, 22, 5'4, CW:137 and my goal is 115!

I think when I reach my goal weight, I'll be more confident in my body... just losing the little bit i've lost has helped my confidence a bit.

I am a 43 year old twin, who would like to look like my twin sister again.  I would also look like that sexy woman my hubby married.  I can't imagine myself looking like that again. But I know that I can do it again.  My first thing that I would like to do is have professional pictures taken.  Those that are so realistic, not touched up to make  me look like someones thoughts of what I should look like.

Well it is the time of night when I am so ready to snack!  Instead I came here and found this thread....so encouraging!  Thanks everyone...I've lost intrest in my snacking and have something great to think about to keep me motivated!

I will not feel embarrassed by how I look. I plan on feeling sexy again. I will feel comfortable in my own body again. I used to be thin and when I get to my ideal weight, I will never take it for granted again.

I'm not sure I would REALLY do this..... but..... if I could afford it, I would love to buy a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes or booties.  I don't even want to say how much they cost  - lets say rent AND a car payment.

Apparently, when I reached my goal weight, I became complacent, got lazy, and put some of the weight back on, so here I am again, coming back to the motivational well.  I guess I will file it under dont know what you got till its gone, only backwards since now it is back.  I had a great Spring and Summer being 50 lbs lighter than I was in the winter.  Lets get the 20 that has crept back on off first then I will change my answer to If I reached my ideal goal weight from I will put 20 lbs back on as quickly as possible to adjust my goal weight and stop acting like I reached the finish line.

1. I'm going to go shopping WITH my girlfriends and treat them to a $25 shopping spree.

2. Take ballroom dancing lessons.

3. Buy some hot dresses with heels to match
