I didn't get the flu for about 6 years. I still don't get it really badly when I do get it. I also don't over do it with hand sanitizers and I eat right, exercise and keep body. mind and spirit in tact which promotes a strong immune system. A guy that I worked with who lived through WWII at a work camp in Siberia told me that the farmers all lived and the city people all died, and not to avoid using the porta-jons or washing my hands in dirty water.

 I'm not getting the H1N1 vaccine. Or the seasonal flu one.  I refuse to. I don't like shots and I don't get the flu all that often. I had the stomach flu really bad last year, although I don't even know if that was the flu? Anyways, the last time I really know I had the flu was when I was 8. I'm now16. I don't get it enough to worry with it, besides, I think our bodies need to fight off something once in a while to help build up immunity.
