Readjusting the daily calorie goal ?
Just a quick question for those of you that have been doing this longer than I have.
Started Jan 16 with a weight goal and time " sometime in the future "... Lately my weight has been dropping off a bit quicker than the estimate
Has anyone else readjusted their daily goal based on weight loss ? Or am I better off to just stick to the calorie counts that I got originally ?

Not sure if this is what you mean, but I only adjust my goals as I reach them. otherwise I leave it alone.

I have changed my daily calorie goal several times -- first, there was no way I could continue on 1250 cals per day -- and keep this up for more than a week; second, I was losing weight faster than I wanted; third, I was hungry!
The daily goal that CC gives you can easily be too little, particularly if you exercise -- it is no big deal to adjust it. And if you are losing weight too fast, you are more likely to put it back on when you increase your calories later -- unless you are one of those folks who desire to eat 1300 calories for the rest of their life...
To adjust your daily target calorie goal:
Click My Account -- under your picture is "edit settings" click this and you can adjust several things. Your daily calorie goal is near the bottom before you get to activity levels.
Thanks guys... was actually referring to bumping it down instead of up .. *lol* rereading it now I see I never specified it
When I started out my goal was at 2050 calories per day.. right now I have it at 1900 per day and still find myself coming in at end of day around 1200-1300.. and no.. I'm not hungry at all at end of day
