Hello my name is Johnetta and I'm what you call a yo-yo dieter. I have two sons that left a gift of..... BELLY Fat and up to a year ago I had got rid of it and went back to my original size 132. Now I'm enagaged and getting married next year and have put on over 10 pounds. I work out only when I feel like it and only diet when I'm really trying to take off a pound to psych myself out to feel like I've made my goal, then I gradually go back in my "I don't care" mode when I eat my sweets, fastfood, and soda as well as eating late as I feel like.
It's upsetting that I can't find my strenght to complete what I start. I went to gyms and never could go consistantly enough to see change. I try eating right but I easily get fustrated of depriving myself of 'Dr pepper and Banana Cream Pie'. Dieting has been so hard for me and at times I feel like its just not going to work.
I'm not really active so I know why the weight don't stay off but I use my kids, jobs, daily duties and my schooling for reasons why I can't workout. I tell people you notice the weight gain that I have no motivation and I have no support and that dieting alone doesn't work for me.
But enough is enough and I'm ready to LOOSE THIS WEIGHT I'm 24 and have love handle and cellulite and I refuse to live life unhealthy anylonger.
Any one who have tips of workouts, meals or just support please Help Me.
