yea im new to this site also, it does make like easier with the calorie counter right now im trying to stay under 1300 cals a day. i want to lose @ 40 pounds. which will be alot harder being that i cant walk. good luck

After a while it all kinda sank in what an investment this is, both time and money. I am not discourage, just shocked, because deep down I know that I am ready and willing to see my goal through. I did feel a little out of my element given I haven't really been in a gym since highschool football.
