Okay now, let's get real please!

Is there anyone out there who have gone down to 105 lbs the healthy way??

Everyone I come across have done it very unhealthy (including myself long time ago, I am not preaching unhealthy weight loss, it's depressing and bad for you! You end up losing your sanity!).

Seems like if I diet the way I am now (126 lbs at 5'3'') I'm never going to get to 105!! It's the weight I was very toned and happy with. I'm eating 1500 calories a day and works out an hour a day. I know what everyone's thinking "it takes time!" but I waited a couple months, I vary my calorie intake 1200-1500 every so often. I work out, interval train. It's frustrating.

I just want to know if anyone got to my ideal weight while being healthy!

AAANNNNNNND

I don't want to hear any "by the books replies" they are too generic to me and never work out. Like "eat breakfast" "eat 1200 calories" I eat more than 1200 calories, and by eating breakfast, I eat like 500 more calories than what I am supposed to. Let's all be honest okay?!

You're right that it does take time - and a couple of months really isn't long enough to lose 20% of your weight.  Are you losing any weight at all?  If so, I know it's hard, but have patience.  You'll get to where you need to be.  If not, maybe your body is happy at the weight you're at (which is a very healthy one) and you need to focus on "lean recomposition" (trading in fat mass for muscle mass so that you weigh the same but look smaller and more toned.

Also, if you don't mind me asking, how old were you when you were 105 pounds?  If you were a skinny teenager and are now several years older, it's possible that you may not be able to healthily get back down to the same weight since you've grown since then (in good ways - taller, curvier hips and breasts, that sort of thing).  You may be able to look equally thin at a higher weight.

How old are you?

My daughter is twenty-five now.  She is about your height and weighs 120 pounds.  She looks good and is healthy at this weight.

Growing up she was about 100 pounds soaking wet.  Tiny build, looked like a waif.  She knows that she will never be 100 pounds again and she is happy with her weight now.

Jest of the story is that no matter how thin you were as a teenager, you have grown into a woman.  Enjoy your curves and be healthy.  Your body needs the muscles to hold up your skeleton.

I am 19 years old, it was only 4 months ago when I was 105, and I gained since then, I don't go to school or anything, so I can't even blame freshman 15 lol. If my body likes me the way I am and won't budge anymore, then my body's out to get me. I am not happy like this, so it better start budging. I am a very small build, barely any curves/bum/breasts (my sister stole them from me!)

BUT, it would be nice to enjoy my body the way it is now until then. I just want to know if I am actually doing this right I guess lol. *siiiighhhh*
