i did soooo well for about a month and a half - lost 10 pounds, felt fantastic! wasn't hungry because i was eating healthy foods all day. i always got right to my calorie goals for the day... i mean, i was dominating! i know i am not really very overweight (28 yrs old, 5'4", 125) - but i had my heart set on my goal and no matter what - letting yourself down, is well - letting yourself down, you know?
um - okay anyway, something happened. now, what i am doing, is NOT dominating! helpppp! : (
what do you do to get back on track when you feel like a big arse and feel disappointed about your choices?
thanks guys! (p.s. happy belated valentine's day... if you had the same type of v-day as me, you sat on your sofa watching dr. phil whilst shoveling chocolate chip cookies down your throat as if they were the last cookies, ever, to be eaten on this entire earth, while during commercial breaks, checking for missed calls from the one i really want this day even though my phone has been practically plastered to my side leaving no chance of a missed call, but you know how girls get, perhaps i went momentarily deaf when he called (whatever, it could happen) - then baking multiple batches of sugar cookies at 2 am while sulking about the missing ingredient for this day---> a boy to have a little valentine's day make out with...oops, i think you get the idea - anyway, if you are anything like me... you are glad it is over!) : ) hehhee!

When I fall off track I just get back on the wagon the next day. You can start again every day. I didn't count or log or workout yesterday. Just enjoyed the fact that we were snowed in and spent it cooking and snuggling with my boy. I definitely ate more than I should have.
And btw, you say you "are not very overweight" at 5'4" and 125. Actually you are not at ALL overweight; you're actually on the lower end of a healthy weight range. I understand what it's like to be in that healthy range and still want to improve (I'm there too) but you shouldn't go around thinking you're overweight because you're not.

haha! I just have to say that I can completely relate to your Valentine's woes! I did pretty much the same exact thing!!
