Now I know everyone wants to loose weight for a reason,health is one of the most important one (I suppose) but if you would be asked to describe your reason I am sure it would go a bit further than health.SO here is the chance ....tell us WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE THINNER?

Well, I mostly just want to be able to dress myself without having to sift through the hideous clothes in the wal-mart plus section or special-ordering online. Honestly, denim-colored leggings?? ::shudder:: Size 8 here I come!
I have so many reasons this would be a book! I have steadily gained a few pounds for years. I've had four children. I want to have a tummy tuck but why bother if I'm obese? If I'm getting the tummy taken away then I might as well add breasts to the package, since I am small to begin with.
My biggest hurdle is myself. I was extremely self concious when I was thin. I hated the way I looked to the point I was withdrawn. The heavier in weight (or is it the older I get?) the more open and happy I became. I decided I had a sick hang up with the weight and it was time to GO! I also need to prove to myself that I can lose weight and it doesn't mean I have cancer. It sounds stupid, but I watched my mom go from the 150's to the 80's in 5 months with pancreatic cancer. Anyone I know in real life that has lost weight has done so because of some medical reason, not the healthy way. I guess you could say I'm trailblazing here *wink*
1) Not hating something about every photo I'm in
2) Being able to shop at the same stores my friends get such great clothes at
3) Improve my self-esteem
4) So I don't always feel like the lights need to be off for my boyfriend to see me
5) Health reasons - I do a 10km mini marathon walk with my mother and best friend every year, have done for the last 6 years, and every year I am a) the reason they have to go so slowly and b) in bits by the end of it. This year I'd like to be able to not only walk it, but to have them keeping up with me, and to feel great at the end of it!
6) So I can finally throw out all those old clothes that I've been keeping for "comfy" days, where I wear huge baggy jumpers and stretchy jeans so I don't feel horrible squeezing into regular ones
7) To stop feeling guilty about eating.
8) So I can stop being so self-conscious and get up and dance (weird, isn't it!)
9) SO MY LEGS WILL STOP RUBBING WHILE I WALK AND RUINING MY BLOODY JEANS!
- I hate my face in my pictures right now. The double chin has got to go!
- I am pushing the high end of 16 which is as heavy as I have ever been.
- I don't feel good and am concerned about my lack of "regularity"
- My husband loves me big or little, but I want to feel sexy for him again. And weigh less than him.
- I want to feel happy and healthy again! I lost 30lbs once. I felt and looked so good. I want that back!
- I want to lose the food obsession and let it go back to being something I enjoy, but doesn't control my life.
I miss not be able to buy clothes that I like . Right now I buy what ever fits me.
I want to feel better,sleep better and live longer!
Be healthier and have more energy.
I want to sign up for a 10k sometime this year and train hard for it and do well.
I want to lose weight for several reasons.
1) The most important is health reasons. There are too many illnesses related to obesity. I don't like being sick, nor taking medications and I really don't think that I will do well in a hospital.
2)Another reason is because I am a self-conscious of the way I look. It hasn't affected my self-esteem because I am confident in myself. Its just that I know that if I lost weight, I would feel more comfortable in my own skin.
3) I am a size 12 and 5'1" tall and I weight 172 pounds. I am too large for my height.
4) I enjoy running. When I run, my knees and ankles hurt due to my size.
5) Its about time. Its time for me to shed the extra pounds.
1. I want my new jumpsuit to fit like it's supposed to - did that!!
2. I want to feel sexy
3. I want my thunder thighs to stop jiggling in the wind

YES!!!!! I have so many pairs of jeans that I've turned into cut-offs because my thighs have made holes in the inseams from running together!!!! They look fine otherwise, and I've tried to repair them (or patch) but I'm just rubbish at sewing, so they end up shorts. This is a big part of my goal!

5)My current aim: to look good for my parents' wedding anniversary. My whole family sidestep around the fact that I am fat, never wanting to admit it. That makes me feel bad.
I want to be Healthier ...Not really thinner.
1) My Dad died of a Heart Attack Last March..that's a real kick in the pants for me.
2) I plan on getting married at some point I really don't want to wait until my 10th year anniversary to be a fit bride.
3) My freaking jeans were so tight I nearly passed out...and when you zipp your fat up in your Jeans its a reality check to get off the Gravy.
4) I have a hard time walking anywhere without getting winded. Just another reality of being overweight and out of shape. I have a three year old to chase and i need more energy.
I don't want to buy new pants for the summer. And I want to establish healthy eating habits so I never have to diet again.
I am at a decently healthy weight, but the reason that I am trying to lose 6 more is a wedding. I know this is dumb, but my fiance's family and I have always been on rocky ground. They don't like me much. His sister is getting married in Hawaii in July and I HAVE to look amazing. The last thing I need is to have the sister call me chubby again.. Yes again. I don't want to hear her and her mother's whispers of how fat I am when I walk by. I know I am not fat, but to hear that still hurts, so if I look amazing, I will feel amazing, my head will be held high and when those whispers fly, they will look silly, not me! That is the best motivation ever!

1. I eat for every other reason then that I am hungry.
2. I binge eat, I restrict and then binge. not health
3. I snore really bad! (makes by DH crazy)
4. I hate every photo of me
Time to quit bitching and do something about it. I want to have a healthy relationship with food and exercise. I want to like what I see when I look in the mirror, I want to not snore, I want to not feel guilty every time I eat something.

1. I would love to look like I did in my wedding pictures 12 years ago! Yes that was two kids ago but I looked and felt great back then.
2. I want to turn my husbands head again. I know he misses the sexy little thing I once was.
3. I want to be a good example for my kids! I don't want them to grow up with the unhealthy habits that I did. I certainly don't want them getting to be my age and fighting the same battle that I'm fighting right now!
To build good habits/discipline/set examples for my future children.
To look GREAT in a bikini.
More energy, less headaches, less moody/cranky.
To be able to wear CUTE clothes.
To feel good about myself.
Bragging rights. (hehehehe)
Endurance & stamina when playing competitive sports, dancing & swimming.
To sleep better.
To DEFINITELY be healthier/live longer.
