Reasonable Goal for me?

I am 5'8 and I need to know what a reasonable weight goal for me would be. Im 166 right now, and my current goal is 135. But I dont know if that is too much, or too little.

Any suggestions to what it should be?

Be sure you use the tools on this site. I checked your BMI at 5'8" and 135 - it would be about the least you should weigh and be healthy. Your current weight is at the highest amount to be healthy.

Depending upon your age, you might want to weigh a bit more - 140 to 145.

Exercising will slender you down, even if your weight is a bit more. Best wishes for a successful weight loss.
hard to say.  i'm also 5'8", hit an all-time high of 164 in january '06, and am aiming for 135.  i think i'll be comfortable with that weight when i get there, but may decide to shoot for 130.

have you been 135 before (as an adult?).  in my early twenties i weighed around 125--sometimes less--but i don't think that's reasonable for me now.

hi. i have the exact same stats as you back in may 07. are your stats the same now, or have you already hit your goal weight? just looking for someone in my shoes!
