Recipe - Chicken and Broccoli Bake

Makes 8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. broccoli, trimmed, cut into 1" pieces, cooked and drained
  • 8 boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 cups hot cooked brown rice

Directions:

  1. PLACE broccoli and chicken in 3-qt. shallow baking dish. Mix soup, milk and pepper and pour over all.

  2. BAKE at 400°F. for 30 min. or until done. Stir sauce before serving. Serve with rice.
