Recipe Grade Not Matching Database Grade for Steel Cut Oats
When I enter a recipe, I enter the ingredient with the bracket and then compare the "Nutrition Facts" box with the one in the existing database. I've never had any discrepancy until today. I'm entering one serving of
1/4 cup steel cut oats [82860]
The "Nutrition Grade" in the CC database is an "A" for these oats, but on the Recipe version of the ""Nutrition Facts" the "Nutrition Grade" is a "B-." Anyone have any idea why this might be happening? And will the "B-" in the recipe bring down the overall grade?
