I'm a newbe who signed up today.  My Dr. recommended this site and I must say it's pretty impressive.  I've been looking at many of the recipe's and noticed they all have grades.  Is there a way to filter the recipe's and look at those with a Grade of B- or higher?

No there isn't.  The grade in recipes is often inaccurate depending on how accurate the ingredients are.  If you see a yellow triangle on a nutrition chart for a recipe it means that one or more of the ingredients were not included because of mistakes in the unit of measure or the way the item was entered.

I find the recipe browser to be very useful when I'm looking for a new or better way to cook a specific ingredient.  I review recipes before using them.
