| 1/4 | cup sugar |
| 2 | cups bran |
| 2 | cups skim milk |
| 2 1/2 | cups wholewheat flour |
| 2 1/2 | tsp baking soda |
| 1 | (175g) carrot |
| 1 | (250g) apple |
| 1 | (35g) banana |
| 1/5 | cup (40g) sunflower seeds |
| 1 | (30g) dried dates |
| 2 | tbsp cinnamon |
- grate apple and carrot
- mix together all ingredients
- spoon into small muffin pans
- bake at 200 degrees celsius for 40 minutes
