Oatmeal.
thomas' whole wheat light english muffins (100 cals each). I make peanut butter and banana sandwiches with them
Like baxtmm5, I also like peanut butter and bananas together. I just have it on an open-faced slice of toast. It's so yummy.
Smuckers has some sugar free jam that is great! Very low calorie and great on toast or muffins with some spray butter. So far the strawberry is my fave. Wasn't too crazy about the grape. Blackberry is pretty good. They are coming out with new ones too.
Oh - I forgot to mention yogurt. I find it's a refreshing addition to breakfast.
I'm all about the multigrain light Thomas' English muffins, and I had one with PB2 & 1/2 a banana with cinnamon (and a bit of splenda) for dinner last night. About 200 calories and totally filling. It would make (and has made) an excellent breakfast.
Oatmeal oatmeal oatmeal oatmeal!!! Steel cut!!! Cooked with a little stevia or sweetener plus almond or vanilla flavoring; add frozen blueberries!
I like Egg Beaters and F.F. Cheese! Also if you like bagles try Western Bagle Alternative, 110 cals for a good size bagle.
DON'T GO TO THE GROCERY STORE HUNGRY!!! THAT'S MY ADVICE!
oatmeal x 100000000000
with a banana while in the microwave then add a nonfat flavored yogurt after to cool it off, omgggg

I'm on a jag of cereal (Ezekiel or Golden Flax) 1/2 to 3/4 cup with rice milk (1/2 cup, more water if needed) and banana (or peach or both). Keeps me full until lunch (3-4 hours later). Less than 500 cal.
I like a 4 oz container of Breakstone's Live Active 2% cottage cheese, a piece of fruit (right now the nectarines are fabulous) and an iced green tea.
I usually make up a pot of beans (black, pinto, or pink) on the weekend and then have some beans on sourdough toast for breakfast. It's really quick and full of fibre and protein, filling too.
I guess you could use canned beans, but they have lots of sodium and don't taste as good to me.

I like a scramble egg or egg beaters in a La Tortilla Factory low fat whole wheat tortilla. Add some spices /veggies to your taste
cereal with 8th continent light soymilk and blueberries
egg white scrambles.

Honestly,
this breakfast evens out to about 120-130 cals and it fills me up great. Plus, it takes about 15 minutes to make so it takes up time (which for some reason is always a plus for me when it comes to maknig/consuming food)
I get those Better N Eggs containers (such as southwestern or garden vegetable or if youre super good Egg Whites-same number of cals though for the brand)---30 calories per 1/4 cup and i usually do 1/2 cup
Then i make a smoothie with Light n Fit Yogurt (60 cals per container), some strawberries, blueberries, banana etc....any fruit really that you think would make a good smoothie. Then add a couple of cubes of ice.
So basically you have a smoothie and an omelette for 130ish calories :) Its loooovely. And its great because then you have more wiggle room for extra calories during the day ;)
