"CRUNCH" studios has a ton of dvd's, everything from pilates/dance to kickboxing. I really like those.

If you're into yoga at all GIAM has a great yoga series and different workouts depending on what you want to get out of it.

45 min. fat burning work out by john basedow really works i lost alot of weight doing it. Its a little boring but once you remember the moves you can just put on some music and do it without the tape.

you could try Banish fat boost metabolism by jillian michaels from the biggest loser thats what i do..it can be dificult but just do a little at a time until you can do the entire video!

Natalie  Cassidy's then and now workout- sounds cheesy i know, but its really good

Videos by Denise Austin are good starters. But as you get more advanced work toward Jari Hart. I love her. My mom is a fitness instructor and she makes her sweat.

I have tae bo dvds and they give you results but now im bored from it.  And I have the gazelle too but it hurts my knees too much I'm considering running outside but I hate exercising in front of people I'm kind of still embarassed.
