hello there, im hoping someone can help with this. as a teenager i lost my period for a year, stared eating healthy, and got it back. when i look at other eating disordered people, i feel quite lucky that it didnt continue for longer. its been two years however, and im still bloated all the time. does anyone know why this happens and how it can go away? thanks

The bloating does go away after a while, but you just have to stick it out. Eat little and often - as in, five to six meals and snacks a day - and it'll help. Peppermint and fennel teas are also good for bloating, as is putting a hot water bottle or warm towel on your stomach.
