OKAY--so I have been working on recovering from ANOREXIA since around the end of OCTOBER---gained 3 lbs so far and have finally felt like I am getting somewhere!
every once in awhile I have a day Like TODAY---
I woke up at 4 a.m. and my stomach was SOOO hungry that I had a head-ache and felt terribly shaky,..almost to the point of feeling sick!
soo, I made OATMEAL with soy milk, tossed in pumpkin puree, half an apple, strawberries, blue-berries, around 10 crushed almonds and a part of a banana. It was really good,..but right after eating it I felt almost WORSE, my head-ache INCREASED and I got REALLY nauseous! SO----i slept from 5 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. and then got ready for work,...still feeling really shaky but a little bit better!
Ate a banana around 10 a.m.---then had lunch at 12------which consisted of the meat of 2 chicken thighs, and 1 chicken leg, a salad with tomatoes and cucumber, steamed peas/carrots, fresh fruit salad, and a weird saucy concoction they made for the staff buffet consisting of tomato sauce, roasted red peppers, pearl onions, and chopped cabbage.
I should have felt like EXPLODING but rather,..I just (sorry for the BLUNTNESS).....but frankly I just felt like pooing and then I felt almost like I could eat MORE!--------SO I had another banana around 2 p.m.-------a chicken leg and little bit of salad/fruit salad at 4:30 p.m.---and then I came home and made CHICKEN SALAD with tomatoes, onions, celery, balsamic, whipped cottage cheese, and tangerine juice (weird,..i know..but REALLY GOOD).......

THE POINT IS...I FEEL LIKE I'VE EATEN ALLLLLL DAY and I STILL don't feel overly full!!!
I know this was a long post but can SOMEONE EXPLAIN!???
the only thing I have changed recently is that I HAVE COMPLETELY cut out diet soda and have begun drinking a 1/2 gall. of water a day.....
Can that cause shakes and a constant head-ache? HELP!!!

hey good for you!! eating when your hungry!! thats huge when recovering from anorexia:) Cutting out that caffeine can definetly be causing those headaches, but they will go away!:) and when i drink alot of water i get more hungry too, so you are doing great!
Relax. It sounds like everything you had was healthy and your body needs it right now. I go through the same things on some days, and I've binged on several occassions because I feel like a bottomless pit, but its what our bodies need right now and because we have screwed with our bodies our hunger cues get messed up too. Its probably because your body is just adjusting. Keep on keepin on^^
