Drinking lots of tea and water are definitley good ideas. I had a terrible eat attack today as well, I already posted about mine. It was 2 burgers from Wendys, a donut, and a bunch of my leftover home made chinese food from last night. Try drinking a diet coke and a big glass of water now, and then going for a walk just before bed. If you dont have any commitments that you have to get up early for, try to stay up an extra few hours tonight, and get up a little later tomorrow. After you eat it should take about 6-8 hours for all the gross stuff to be fully digested. I usually do that when I have over eaten or had a day like today! I find that the coke breaks stuff down a bit quicker... at least that's how I feel... and you're right about the water, it helps you digest the stuff alot faster. When you get up in the morning, have some more water and a short walk right away, and eat breakfast within an hour or so of getting up. If you still feel gross from todays little *disaster* try a wedge of lemon in a glass of ice water. Man this makes me sound like a binge eating recovery master...
contne on with your normal routine
Don't eat until the next day (unless you binged in the morning), just drink water and possibly some herbal tea, this will help to flush out your system. If you binged in the morning, then eat a light dinner. Vegetables and fish/chicken breast would be good. If you have access to it and these binges don't happen frequently, you could also take a mild laxative, such as milk of magnesia. This won't get rid of any of the calories you ate, but it might help your stomach feel less upset. BUT don't do this more than once or twice a month; it can become addictive and it's unhealthy for you to do often. Consult your doctor first as well.
Just forget about today and start anew tomorrow. Your body is going to feel bloated for a few days, it happens. Drinking excessive amounts  of anything is only going to add to the bloated feeling, as you will hold in even more water.

Don't put your body under anymore stress by trying to get rid of food faster. Just let nature takes its course and in the future think about why you are bingeing. It could be because you are depriving yourself on your "diet" and being too strict. Deprivation leads to bingeing and failure. Re-think your weight loss approach to include more food and more of the things you like so you don't feel you're missing anything.

Drink 2 - 3 glasses of water with some fresh lemon juice.  Pure lemon juice helps your stomach digest fat faster and water helps reduce bloating.  Tomorrow eat normally, just put less salt

This is incorrect. If someone is bloated, drinking more water, will ALLEVIATE the bloat, not make it worse. When people are dehydrated, their cells hold onto water, and when they are not, they release it.

Hi,

Ginger is good for digestion.  You could eat some crystallized ginger, or make some tea from ginger root (or buy some ginger tea).  In health food stores, and in the natural sections of supermarkets, there are often digestive aid teas that can speed things along.  Walking is good.  Peppermint tea settles the tummy if you aren't feeling well in that way.  Hope this is helpful!  Good night.
