Hey Kylie! Haha, it's cool to see you on here! Yup, I'm on cal-count too:) Some of the people on this site have been majorly helpful to me through my weight gain journey. But girl, when it comes to the facebook realm, you have been my number one encouragement! I love logging on and seeing your inspiring posts--you have such a gift for lifting others up!
Hope you're doing well! Love and hugs back at ya ;)

support is great. just be careful.... please.
ppl suffering the same disorder can easily and unwittingly trigger eachother and some times compete with one another.

Great advice Fidget, THANKS!
I know I've always been very careful about who I add on facebook for that very reason. I've had to realize that if someone isn't actively seeking recovery, there is no way I can "talk them into it," no matter how much I try. Chances are that I'm not going to be able to pull them up; they're going to pull me down. Perhaps not on purpose, but we all know how fragile recovery can be, especially initially. I'm smart enough to know my own weaknesses, and to know that I need to avoid the "Ed minset" for all I'm worth!

That is an excellent attitude to have, bluid. I think that you have already realized something that some people who are recovering have yet to figure out. Good luck with everything, you guys!
