Recipe Ingredients for Red Fish

6 oz. red snapper
6 oz. red snapper
6 oz. red snapper
6 oz. red snapper
1 cup of onions, cooked
3 garlic cloves
1 tblsp of basil
1 tblsp of oregano
1 tblsp of thyme
3 tblsp of extra virgin olive oil
1 tblsp of red pepper
1 tblsp of pepper
1 cup of white wine

Recipe Directions for Red Fish

  1. Saute onion and garlic

  2. stir in herbs

  3. simmer 10-15 minutes

  4. oil pan with olive oil

  5. brush fish with olive oil

  6. sprinkle fish with red pepper and pepper

  7. pour veggies over fish

  8. add 1/2 cup of white wine

  9. Cook 20 minutes on 475 degrees
