red lentils and veggies
| 2 | cups red lentils |
| 4 | cups water |
| 1/3 | cup green capsicum |
| 1 | stalk celery |
| 1 | onion |
| 2 | carrots |
| 150 | g can |
| 1 | tbsp cumin |
- soak the lentils for 2 hours
- put on stove and bring to boil
- place all vegetables in food processor
- add them to the lentils as well as the cumin and simmer for 20-30 minutes
