NOW we need to figure out some "okay" things to get if i HAVE to go on those wierd occasions where You dont really have much of a choice becaues of family, friends , ect =]

this would be really helpful to me , and probably a few others

I found this out from my Hungry Girl email the other day - Awesome!Laughing

They have a "customizer" on their website, and you can add and subtract items (at least from the burgers) to see the effect on the calorie count.  I know exactly how I need to order my Bleu Ribbon Burger to make it acceptable now....heh heh....(but I'll probably still need to cut it in half - but still, Bleu Ribbon Burger....mmmmm)

GTFO! lol Finally --- I wonder what broke them?

I usually get the cobb salad w/ a cup of chili to start

836 calorie salad 212 calories for a cup of chili = 1048 Calorie Lunch Cry

Looks like I should have only got the salad or exercised a little longer.

That customizer is so fun!  I just changed up one of the salads of it went from like 1200 calories to 300.  Awesome!
I don't know if I wanna look lol... I always get the Banzai Burger, mmmmm
eeek i love red robin. i'm scared to look
YAY!
You know... I knew the calories would be high, but I am really shocked at HOW high they are. yikes.
Ugh, it won't open for me at work. I'll have to look when I get home
Most of the calories aren't actually that bad when you take away the sauces and just leave the meat, bun, and veggies - its the fat that is ridiculous.
A lot of the things on the menu are actually LESS than i had expected, but maybe I was just over estimating everything in my head.  Take away the steak fries from a lot of things and that takes a lot of calories away.

Not a dieter's heaven, but could be worse.  And I usually get the Chicken Ensalada platter anyway (turns out it is not so bad) and it is super tasty

Yes!!!!!!!!

..I've been playing around with it all day!  Its so addictive to know the nutrititional info of a restraunt that's kept it under wraps for so long... >:]

Same here! haha i was always so curious and i could never get my hands on any of it. Now that its here i just want to keep playing with it. But iam SO excited about going now because my dad LOVES the place but i would avoid it because i didnt know any of it. Not i know and i can make it work =]

yayyy

Great!! I actually emailed the company about 4 or 5 months ago and asked for more nutritional info. They did email me back saying they were working on it. They weren't lying!Wink thanks for the heads up.
I am really excited, too!  I like to get the Sante Fe burger and have them replace the "real" burger with a Boca burger.  There wasnt an option on the site for that, so I just didnt select the burger and added about 90 to my meal total...464 (sandwich with steamed veggies) not bad at all.  I am going to be playing with this site all day!!
Never mind...I used the site wrong...my meal is 940...boohoo!

Just found out about this today whhen I went there with my food scale.  I usually get the seafood scatter, but it wasn't listed on their web site.  The cod and shrimp was there in other meals, but in different portion size, so I had to use the measurements I made to estimate based on caloric density of what they had listed.

For example, they listed 4 pieces of cod at 184 grams, while the two pieces I had were 170 Grams (regional difference?)

The amount of shrimp was 80 grams, but wasn't Jumbo size, but I used the calories per gram to estimate it anyway.  And the fried clams were not listed, so I used Long John Silvers numbers instead.

With having only eaten less than a third of the fries that brought my total up to 900 cal with 40 grams of fat.  Not the best nutrition, but do-able with good planning of theother meals of the day.

Still they are not making it easy to find the info.  You go to the main site, and you have to click on feedback to find the customizer.

red robin's calorie chart no longer exists. I guess they thought that it's better to not have one than to have people get pissed that they ate 5,000 calories in a sitting.
