NOW we need to figure out some "okay" things to get if i HAVE to go on those wierd occasions where You dont really have much of a choice becaues of family, friends , ect =]
this would be really helpful to me , and probably a few others
I found this out from my Hungry Girl email the other day - Awesome!![]()
They have a "customizer" on their website, and you can add and subtract items (at least from the burgers) to see the effect on the calorie count. I know exactly how I need to order my Bleu Ribbon Burger to make it acceptable now....heh heh....(but I'll probably still need to cut it in half - but still, Bleu Ribbon Burger....mmmmm)

GTFO! lol Finally --- I wonder what broke them?
I usually get the cobb salad w/ a cup of chili to start
836 calorie salad 212 calories for a cup of chili = 1048 Calorie Lunch ![]()
Looks like I should have only got the salad or exercised a little longer.
Not a dieter's heaven, but could be worse. And I usually get the Chicken Ensalada platter anyway (turns out it is not so bad) and it is super tasty

..I've been playing around with it all day! Its so addictive to know the nutrititional info of a restraunt that's kept it under wraps for so long... >:]
Same here! haha i was always so curious and i could never get my hands on any of it. Now that its here i just want to keep playing with it. But iam SO excited about going now because my dad LOVES the place but i would avoid it because i didnt know any of it. Not i know and i can make it work =]
yayyy
Just found out about this today whhen I went there with my food scale. I usually get the seafood scatter, but it wasn't listed on their web site. The cod and shrimp was there in other meals, but in different portion size, so I had to use the measurements I made to estimate based on caloric density of what they had listed.
For example, they listed 4 pieces of cod at 184 grams, while the two pieces I had were 170 Grams (regional difference?)
The amount of shrimp was 80 grams, but wasn't Jumbo size, but I used the calories per gram to estimate it anyway. And the fried clams were not listed, so I used Long John Silvers numbers instead.
With having only eaten less than a third of the fries that brought my total up to 900 cal with 40 grams of fat. Not the best nutrition, but do-able with good planning of theother meals of the day.
Still they are not making it easy to find the info. You go to the main site, and you have to click on feedback to find the customizer.
red robin's calorie chart no longer exists. I guess they thought that it's better to not have one than to have people get pissed that they ate 5,000 calories in a sitting.
