Dear all,
Sorry for posting again but im so interested in healthy living!
Ive got a question and also a tip.
My question is:
I eat LOADS of fruit a day, say mabye 1 banana, 2 pears, 2 kiwis, natural strawberry and banana shakes etc, sometimes instread of a meal, should i eat less? am i having too much sugar? what negative effects could it have on me?
My tip is:
Red tea. it is incredible, have 3-4 cups a day and its is a natural diuretic, appetite suppresant, fat burner, good for your brain cells and heart, there is an endless list of benefits.
Ive been having it for a week or so and I can really feel the appetite suppresant bit.
thanks

Some ppl count carbs. I dont so my opinion is fruit = good. Its much better than eating chocolate or chips or anything so go for it. BUT if you're having it instead of a meal, make sure you count your cals and dont go UNDER. Or you may slip into starvation mode and wont lsoe weight. Other than that, if you're not used to fruit it may give you the runs, or you may end up short of protein/minerals like iron/
you suggest red tea... well m question is... should you drink it along side both white and green tea? Or is this too much?
Red tea as in Rooibos tea or black tea?
I don't know the difference.
