Reduced-Calorie, Reduced-Fat Broccoli-Raisin Salad Recipe

This recipe is a delicious relatively low-calorie, low-fat version of the traditional broccoli-raisin salad in a quantity large enough for groups.

Ingredients
10 c broccoli florets
1 c slivered almonds
1 large red onion, diced coarsely
1 c raisins
1/2 c dried cranberries
3 oz Real Bacon Bits, 1 jar
1/2 c SPLENDA No Calorie
4 c reduced fat mayonnaise
6 T red wine vinegar
Directions
  1. Place broccoli, nuts, onion, fruits and bacon bits in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sweetener together in a medium size mixing bowl and stir well.

  3. Combine ingredients and mix well.

  4. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
