Reducing Lower Body.....?? HOw to PLS help!

for toning those areas - do leg lifts and squats.

Otherwise, to burn fat - cardio is your best bet. :)

Do squats and lunges...add five or 10 lbs by holding something like a little hand weight. It makes a huge difference in tightening everything up.

Oh....and walk! Walking is great for your legs and bumm...
if you bulk..skip the squats

do walking or a bike (low tension) first.

then move on to other toning exercises. maybe try out the squats. but walking and the bike will strengthen your knee to endure the squats (less likely to injure so you can keep it up)

does ellipticals with crossramp have any advantage???
Ellipticals are a great way to get a cardio workout - and also have the advantage of resistance to tone up your lower muscles.

If it has bars that do not swing then try not to lean all of your weight against the bars.  You may help your core muscles (abs) if you try not to hold on at all.
