Refined Sugar- and Oil-Free Granola

Recipe Ingredients for Refined Sugar- and Oil-Free Granola, No. 3

3 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
3 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
3 large Egg, White
1/2 cup, packed Raisins, Seedless
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 oz (10-12 kernels) Macadamia Nuts
1/5 oz (20 halves) Pecans
0.42 oz (24 whole kernels) Almonds
0.33 oz (6 kernels) Brazilnuts, Dried, Unblanched
9 grams low calorie splenda
1/4 tsp Allspice, Ground
1 tbsp Syrups, Maple

Recipe Directions for Refined Sugar- and Oil-Free Granola, No. 3

  1. Preheat oven to 300 F.

  2. Chop nuts.

  3. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.

  4. Beat maple syrup, honey, vanilla extracts and egg whites in smaller bowl until combined.

  5. Add maple syrup/honey/egg/vanilla mixture to dry ingredients and mix until consistency is even.

  6. Loosely pack onto non-stick cookie sheet.

  7. Bake for 10 minutes.

  8. Stir and add raisins.

  9. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes.

  10. Remove and allow to cool.

  11. Store in airtight container or bag.
