Regarding Calorie Deficits

hi i know my type of questions been repeated a thousand time but i ask for patience this one time ; ) i am totally confused. okay the tools says that at sedenary i burn 2000 calories and i should consume  1300 calories to get to my ideal weight by my targeted time, now suppose i did arobics for an hour and burned 300 calories should i eat 1600 calories so that even though i burned 300 calories i ll have eaten  the required rate of calories or should i just eat 1300 calories, the 300 less would take it too 1000 calories wouldn't i go into starvation mode ? sorry it's long but do help. i hope this all is making sense.

thanks for your help and you are definately making me feel better so on average i should eat around 1500  calories on the day i am active .
