Has anyone out there tried Relacore?  If so, how did it work?

Thanks!

What is that for?

Relacore is a diet pill targeted to relieve stress, and this way lose belly fat produced by stress.

Tried it, kept me relaxed a bit more mellow less stressful (i am dignosed with anxiety and depression) but other than that not much else, did not gain anything but did not lose either. I preferred Relacore PM only one dose a day at bed time.  I am no longer taking it.

I am currently on it and am hoping it will work a second time for me. I have had blood work from my DR which has shown my cortisol to be high. I took relacore for about 4 months in 2006 and ate a reduced calorie diet and lost 45lbs. Since the birth of my 3rd child, I have about 50+lbs to lose. I find that it controls my appetite, I don't crave the junk as much, and I did lose a fair bit of belly fat the last time. I also find that it evens out my moods so that I'm not so cranky while cutting back my diet. I also feel better, and I have more energy than prior to taking it. I hope this helps. It worked for me, but I know it doesn't work for everyone.
