I feel your pain with that one. I just started with the crunches and let me tell you..... I wish I didn't have to do them.
i also bought relacore to use but i am having issues lately taking pills at all.. even with food they are upseting my tummy.. even motrin.. i dont know if the relacore works or not yet cuz i hav not been able to take it consistently enuf for enuf time!
I tried relacore....but possibly not long enough.
After 3 doses......I sat on my throne (commode), wishing I could get off it....the throne that is (lol)

i think you are better off without it. i don't have any personal experience on this, but i think it is better to get the food and exercise in balance, and let that take care of the weight loss, and maintenance.
Did you continue or stop taking Relacore? I took it for a month and did notice a difference in appearance of my thighs and buttocks; however, I need to get rid of my belly fat...which I did notice a difference there too. It would have shown a lot more if I were exercising with it.
I'd like to know how it worked for you.

Relacore works as a mood enhancer but doesn't really do anything to burn fat - that is my personal opinion and it is a majority opinion from the hundreds of reviews I have read.
I tried this from about one week but had to stop because I kept feeling faint - and absolutly no weight loss and my mood was no enhanced - I'd stay away from this one - I think that it is wrongly labeled in assisting with weight loss and everyone I know that has taken has not seen any results at all. Waste of $20+ if you ask me.
I found this article in Good Housekeeping Magazine
Will a Pill Help You Lose Weight?
After reading about all the various pills, I've decided that I can do the same thing without them.

It is a waste of money. They have also been fined for "misleading" advertising.
It does nothing to remove belly fat.

My mother died from multi-organ failure resultign from pancreatitis she was on relacore for some time...If's not FDA approved dont use it....google FDA Relacore and see what they say...its worth your life....there is nothing else that we think can cause it...the doctors are indicated that there is some reserach that indicates that relacore can lead to Pancreatitis but an a great deal off research...PLEASE BE CAREFULL ppl are there are ppl out just to make money at any cost...the company says great things about the poduct but is there enough said about the side effects...please again be careful
I can't even imagine popping a pill....that's very scary!!
I hope you'll educate yourself on proper nutrition and not fall victim to commercial scams that could seriously damage your health.

Kamit, I'm sorry to hear about your mother. :-(
my opinion is that if spot reduction doesn't work by exercise (crunches won't get rid of your belly fat, they will only tone the muscles under it!), then how could a pill possibly do it? i think the safest thing is to get lots of cardio and eat right! diet pills scare me!
I love this stuff. I call them my "happy pills" . I have also lost about 5 lbs in 2weeks with exercise and healthy eating.
I tried them for a couple of months 2 years ago. They did nothing for my belly fat, but it did help me with the large amounts of stress that I was under. Eating well and healthy are by far better choices than pills, since you are educating yourself on how to take care of yourself properly. Besides, studies have shown that most of these types of pills don't work.
I've taken relacore and currently started taking it again along with hydroxycut. For me I use both for different purposes. I take hydroxycut so I can get that extra boost of energy I need to get many things done during the day with includes exercise, along with a low cal/low fat diet. I don't look at it as a pill that will take fat off only simple to gain some energy to exercise and not feel the effects of dieting with the cravings and the lack of evergy. With relacore for me it helps take the edge off of dieting and feeling stressed about what i'm going to eat or when i'm going to workout. When I diet i get cranky, and to me it does feel like it keeps me focused. Now since no pill is worth a life, it is nesessary to know that pills should only be temporary and people must be checked out by a doctor, always follow the directions and never take more than what is allowed. I am only a consumer and not a doctor and I am only documenting my results. There is no pill that will take off fat. It is up to the individual to workout and eat healthy. This summer i've lost 40lbs by dieting and exercise alone and only using these two pills to lose another 15-25lbs.. and so far it's helping.
I take Relacore and love the effect it has had on my cravings for food...I have not really noticed any weight change yet but only been on it 2 weeks and after just 3 days I could tell a BIG diffrence in my cravings for munchies...I had the same 'potty' problems some are commenting on..and talked to my Dr. he suggested lowering the dosage..I take 1 pill in the morning *instead of the recommended 2* 2 in the afternoon to help me through the day...and 1 at night. and the bathroom visits problem has disappeared!
that one didnt do anything much for my guy. hes the pill person. i personally dont like anything like that.
