So relieved!

Soooo after weeks of stressing that my baby would be deformed/disabled/or an alien we finally had our ultrasound and HE is perfect. I just had to show off the ultrasound picture a little bit because I am sooo excited lol

Congratulations! I was so nervous about having a boy because I was afraid I wouldn't know what to do with a boy. Well, it turns out I DO know what to do with him and he's definitely a mama's boy!

My girlfriend has two girls and was telling me how much more fun girls were then boys, and how she hoped I would get a girl too. 

Secretly I wanted a boy though so I am really glad :) I know how miserable I was to my mom when I got older and I just want mama's boy whom I can spoil rotten. I hope he turns out just like DH with blond hair, blue eyes, a dent in his chin and a mischievous little smile :) 

DH has some pretty strong genes, his brother, dad, grandfather if you take a picture of them all at the same age and you can hardly tell who is who so if he doesn't end up looking like DH it will be some sort of fluke lol.

I am already planning some sort of space / rocket ship themed room for him :D.. though DH would rather have a farm/tractor theme he isn't going to win that.  I have to mold my little rocket scientist from a young age :P

I'm totally envious of the space/rocket ship theme! I might do that when he moves into a big-boy bed. I kept eyeing this one particular play gym once my son was born. It's so cute!

I have a 4 year old daughter and am so happy we have a son now. It's very fulfilling :)

We were planning a retro space if we were having a boy. We have a 9 week old baby girl now with a Hello Kitty theme going on. :)
