To remain the same weight?
Please can someone tell me how to work out how many calories I need to eat to remain at a steady weight.
I am 33, 5 foot 8 and 149 pound, or 173 cm's and 68 kilos. I work out 50 minutes a day 5-6 days per week.

Phord.com/cc recommends 2221 for someone with your stats who is moderately active. you probably would qualify as somewhere between moderately active and very active, so this might be a wee bit of an underestimate depending on what you are doing for those 50 minutes. :)

I eat 1680 cals a day havent lost or gained an ounce im 5'8 138 Pounds 63 Kilos I dont excersice that often though but when I do I eat more.
