being too Repetitive?

Quote  |  Reply

Hi everyone :3

I'm trying to lose the last 4 lbs, and I was thinking... does repeating certain foods affect weight loss?
for example,  for breakfast I have 3 egg whites with mushrooms 3 times a week, an the other days I usually have 2 slices of light wheat bread with cottage cheese and a banana...  and lately I've been eating Tuna most of the week because of school work...
so, will repeating it every week..will it affect it in any way? or should I vary?

thanks :]

im the same!! im quite a fussy eater, so i eat pretty much the same thing every day!! ive been in a plateau for weeks and weeks, and ive about 5 lbs left to loose! ive been told that it helps to vary your diet, but im not too sure why?! sorry im not any help, but im deffinately in the same situation!

good luck

Probably the only risk is eating the same number of calories each and every day. Throw in something every few day to make sure your body gets a little shock every so often. It's the calories, not the specific foods.
