How many reps for desired muscle size? (please help)
Hello,
Ive been doing my weights only once per week at the moment as im doing more cardio and im unable to do cardio the day after i do my weights (sore).
I would like to know how many reps i should be doing in order to get the right body size.
I want to build up my body size at the moment however i dont want to end up hypertrophy size i would like to end up somewhere near http://www.menshealthsa.co.za/images/wallpape rs/December_2007/Mens%20Health%20December%202 007-02.jpg
So should i be doing low reps say 4-6 per set or should i be doing high reps 8-12?

10-12 reps.
1-6 reps builds strength.
10-12 builds size.
15+ improves muscular endurance.
You won't get huge unless you're on steroids.
