Request for May Challenge??

Ok anyone have  a request for the may Challenge?  We have talked about doing a butt challenge to get those nice and firm!  How about a butt/hip/thigh challenge for May.  Most exercises that hit one of those areas works the others too so why not measure them all?

if anyone is interested in heading this up let us know!  Does this sound good to everyone or is there a better area to hit?

Butt/hips/thighs- anyother request? And who wants to head it up?

I would like to make a request.  I read your posts with total envy being that I am unable to exercise.  HOWEVER......I *can* lift up to 5 lbs.......soooooooo......what does everyone think about an...

UPPER ARM CHALLENGE?

With the warm weather just coming, I know everyone, including myself, would LOVE to show off toned arms/shoulders, right?

That would be something I could do, as could others with back/leg issues!  Comments?
Laurie- we did an Arm Challenge in Feb.  but there are alot of new people since then.

since not working out much in April, I have turned a little flabby so if the arm challenge doesnt come back up for May- how about a mini challenge for me and you??? more of a support than a competition. ;)
butt/hip/thigh challenge would be great for me, also arms a bit flabby so either :-D
Ahh...I don't believe I was around in February!  But I'm all for that support, Slappy....sounds like a plan!  I'll be gone for the weekend, but will measure the upper & lower arms before Monday morning.  I'm excited!  I get to actually participate!  LOL!
lets do it girl!  This weekend at the lake take a before pic of your arms....a relaxed pic with your arms down at your side and a flexed one!  this way you have them to compare at the end of the month!

OOHhhhh...you are asking me for PICTURES??!!  LOL!  I'll see what I can do!  I've posted a mini challenge as well to see if there are some others that need support!  YAY!!!  I am BEYOND excited!  LOL!

ok I think the May Challenge should be the Badonkadonk/hips/thighs.  how does that sound for everyone?

Badonkadonk - yep definitely have more than enough of one lol! I would love to do this challenge!  I didnt do so successful with the belly one... had issues this month, but next month sounds good..

Ohhh I would love the butt challenge! Before I lost weight it looked like it had been hit by a mac truck... flat and wide. Since exercising I can see that (TMI) my ass cheeks are actually seperating from my legs...lol And its rounded out a little... would love to keep that going.

I'll get it going if no one else steps up. I dont mind tracking things.

I was going to call you out on this one saroful...but I knew M3lody would be great and deserved it!
I am so excited about the hip thigh, butt challenge.  These are my major problem areas.  Will we do inches again?  I would love it if some of you would post what exercises you are doing, so I can try em too!
