I just thought I would put out a general request. I have found so many recipes that sound mouth-watering-good. BUT, when I scroll down to the directions, the only thing written is "cook", or "you know" or my favorite, more thorough "cook it".
Ack! I'm not a chef and need instructions! Anyway - this is just a pathetic plea from someone who can't fill in the blanks ;-)

I'm always startled by those myself. Maybe we should start a thread on how to give cooking instructions in a recipe.
Yeah, and PLEASE double, or even triple, check it. Most of the time, when I find one to try, ingredients are missing as well. And I've been foolish enough to get started on mixing things when I realize something is missing from the list ... and then I have to improvise. :(
