I DID it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Today in the office, where there are always treats of all kinds (not to menchion a bowl of chocolates right by my computer for visitors- not put there by me!!) ... but anyways.. back to my story... everyone went for ice cream, and I remained strong and just ordered a sugar-free italian soda!! It was SO hard, especially watching everyone else eat theirs... but it was only a few minutes of satisfaction for them, and I KNOW after those few minutes I would have been full of regret!

Doesn't it feel great. Just knowing that you weren't a part of the "everyone else was doing it" routine. The satisfaction of not indulging is sometimes greater that the satisfaction of having the ice cream. Keep in mind that you did it this time, you can always do it again. NO regrets. Good job.
Wow that is awesome!!!
On my birthday I resisted pizza.

great job!!! last night i was at a birthday party and they broke out buttercup cupcakes (from a famous bakery in NYC which makes DELISH cupcakes- prob like 800 calories each- I can't even begin to imagine!!) anyway, normally I would shove one in my mouth before I could consider the repercussions but last ight I passed. AMAZING!

YAY!! Way to go!! That's great!! Someone from out office brought in their leftover Smores Poptarts yesterday, which are so yummy...and I resisted them every time I had to walk past them :)
It feels good doesn't it :)

Bravo! Proving to yourself that you have the willpower to resist is incredible.
Way to go yall! I have such a weakness for cupcakes!! That would have been even harder for me to resist! Yes it is rewarding not to partake in what everyone else is doing. that is the oldest excuse!
I can't resist ice cream. That's why I love skinny cow fudge bars and ice cream sandwiches. The fudge bars are 100 cals and are deeeelicious. Sure, they still probably aren't healthy but the lower calories help.
Skinny cow rocks!
