heres what i ate yesterD night after dinner

fat free yoghurt

an apple

cashew nuts

2 packets of oreos

an apple

more cashew nuts

1 packet of chocolate cookies

half a box of pringles( the large ones)

i purged then

i have never had such a binge

i feel terrible n made a resolution never ever to succumb again

i hope i can do this

I try and contentrate on other things... ie, I change my bed cover, hoover, have a bath etc.

And make sure I'm never really hungry. If I'm not hungry then I just don't binge.
I try to eat well to begin with so though I do get hungry, the hunger is controllable.

Are you getting enough food during the day?
Sometimes if I feel really strong cravings and I'm not hungry, I just leave my house. I go do something else to occupy me until I can get myself over the idea of unnecessarily eating. Like yesterday, I was really stressed out (and ready for a binge) so I went to the library and read for an hour.

Try going to the library, going for a quick walk, taking a shower, etc. It helps me to stop.
