*YOUR resolutions for May*
Well, seeing as how it's a new month, and hence a fresh start, I've decided to make some resolutions for this month : D
-go to the gym at least 5 times a week
-weight train 2-3 times a week
-eat between 1200 to 1500 cal a day, EVERY day
-do not eat after 9pm (unless I'm working)
-eat clean! Eat at least 3 servings of veggies and 3 fruits a day
....lose SIX pounds!!
good luck :) i want to lose 5 pounds, run 3-4 miles a day once lacrosse season is over, and eat 1200-1500 calories a day.
Well mines is to...
- Lose around 6-8 pounds.
- Clean eat raw veggies with no salad dressing and fruits
3 to 4 servings of veggies, and 2 to 3 servings of fruit. - Weight train 2 to 3 days a week.
- Do cardio 5 days a week.
- Read more about fitness, and healthy weight loss.
- Drink more Green Tea.
1. Drink more water.
2. Drink water with lemon instead of diet soda or non-diet root beer when I go out.
3. Eat breakfast.
4. Eat a healthy snack between breakfast and lunch, and lunch and dinner.
5. Reduce carbs at dinner meals.
2. Walk about 15 - 20 miles per week.

3. eat healthier, although i have been staying within my calories, the foods i have been eating aren't as healthy

5) dont stress over work.. maybe ill get rest days because of work.

2) Eat more spaced meals instead of 2-3 large ones with tiny snacks in between.
3) Make more progress with weight lifting regiment - lift heavier weights, more reps, etc.
4) Do REAL pushups - not wussy on the knees, girly ones :-p
5) Not beat myself up over EVERY... SINGLE... CALORIE... all the time - I'm starting to annnoy myself
6) Get rid of freagin' BACK FAT!!!!

6. Allow one "cheat day" a week
7. Drop 7 pounds :)

when going to shop walk to one about a mile away rather than the one next door to my house also offer to be the one who has to go
preoccupie myself with non weight loss activities (find new job, learn new design program) to stop obssesing

get down to 175lb

Wow, is it possible to lose 5% of body fat in just one month???

BE POSITIVE!! gaining the weight took years, I can't expect it to come off in days.
Hmmm... well I broke one of my resolutions.. I definitely ate 2700 calories yesterday!! Although it was over the course of 21 hours (up late studying/cramming for exams!)
Other than that I've done okay :-)
