Which restaurant has the best fast food nutritional information?
Although I'm not a fast food fan, there's a trip coming up that is going to include a stop for fast food. I've been browsing all the popular ones to see who offers what.
So far Wendy's has the most complete information. Not only do they give information on each menu item, but they break it down by component. Each menu item has information about allergys like peanuts and gluten. They also have a section with the ingredients of everything.
My choices, if we stop at Wendy's, would be the Mandarin Chicken Salad, or the Southwestern Taco Salad.
What's your favorite fast food website?
I found that Jack in the Box and Taco Bell have good information, especially JB because they give ingredients too. Any major fast food place should be able to give you a pamphlet on request, that's what I've found.
Some decent selections include...
Jack in the Box: Chicken Fajita Pita, Southwest salad (no dressing), 2 tacos (can't resist, too good and only 8g fat/taco)
Taco Bell: Bean burrito, zesty chicken bowl (no dressing), chicken soft taco, and at Taco Bell, you can order anything 'fresco' and they will take out the cheese/sour cream and put in pico de gallo.
And whatever you get make sure to ask for no mayo or cheese if you want to reduce calories and fat.
Burger King also has "component" nutrition.
I like Subway better though.
Panda Express and Boston Market have the best diet-friendly selections, in my opinion.

While it's more geared toward ww people. I found that Dotti's (www.dwlz.com) to be a good place to find calorie, fat, and fiber contents for some eating places. I've found it helpful.
Happy Holidays!
